I contacted him for a carpet cleaning service after my pet had left a mess. He communicated well, was able to show up the very next day. The service was PERFECT! I would definitely recommend. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because he rescheduled (still within the same day) 4 times. It seemed like this doesn’t seem to happen often. All in all, I’d use his services again. Fresh Carpet Clean did an amazing job! Sam responded to my email quickly, came by the next day for an estimate. He is very professional and courteous.
